Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Add chocolate chips and condensed milk to a saucepan.
  2. Melt on low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the top.
  5. Chill for 2 hours.
  6. Lift, slice, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Do not use evaporated milk—your fudge will never set.
  • Use good-quality chocolate for best texture.
  • Low heat only—high heat ruins chocolate fast.
  • Add toppings while warm so they stick beautifully.
