Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional but recommended

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add oats and stir until thick.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten gently.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.

Notes

  • Note 1: Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
  • Note 2: If the dough feels too wet, add 1–2 tablespoons of oats.
  • Note 3: These cookies do not spread — shape them before baking.
  • Note 4: Store in fridge 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
