3 Ingredient Crockpot Peanut Clusters

Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz 2 pounds dry roasted salted peanuts
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 24 oz white almond bark vanilla candy coating, broken

Method
 

  1. Add peanuts to bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Layer chocolate chips over peanuts.
  3. Place almond bark on top.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
  5. Stir gently until smooth.
  6. Spoon clusters onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  7. Let set at room temperature 1–2 hours or refrigerate 30 minutes.
  8. Store in airtight container.

Notes

  • Cook on LOW only.
  • Do not add any liquid.
  • Use dry roasted salted peanuts for best flavor.
  • Let chocolate melt fully before stirring.
