Method
- Add peanuts to bottom of slow cooker.
- Layer chocolate chips over peanuts.
- Place almond bark on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Stir gently until smooth.
- Spoon clusters onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Let set at room temperature 1–2 hours or refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Store in airtight container.
Notes
- Cook on LOW only.
- Do not add any liquid.
- Use dry roasted salted peanuts for best flavor.
- Let chocolate melt fully before stirring.
