Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges set.
- Press a chocolate kiss into each cookie immediately after baking.
- Cool slightly and enjoy.

- Cookies firm up as they cool
