Method
- Melt butter over medium-low heat.

- Lower heat and add parmesan gradually.
- Stir until smooth and thick.
- Season and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan only
- Keep heat low after adding cheese
- Thin sauce with pasta water if needed
- Serve immediately for best texture
