Ingredients
  

  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 2 –3 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1/2 –3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 topping of your choice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place flatbread on a sheet pan and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly.
  4. Add mozzarella.
  5. Add chosen topping.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool for 2 minutes and slice.

Notes

  • Don’t overload toppings or flatbread becomes soggy.
  • High heat = perfect crisp.
  • Dry fresh mozzarella before using.
  • Use parchment paper for instant cleanup.
