Method
- Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each round until smooth.
- Dip each pretzel halfway into melted chocolate.
- Place dipped pretzels onto parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Immediately sprinkle pistachios, gold sprinkles, and sea salt over the chocolate.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle lightly over the pretzels.
- Allow chocolate to set for 10–15 minutes at room temperature or chill for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
