Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists or rods
  • 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup crushed pistachios or almonds
  • 1 –2 teaspoons gold sprinkles or decorative sugar
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Method
 

  1. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each round until smooth.
  3. Dip each pretzel halfway into melted chocolate.
  4. Place dipped pretzels onto parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  5. Immediately sprinkle pistachios, gold sprinkles, and sea salt over the chocolate.
  6. Melt white chocolate and drizzle lightly over the pretzels.
  7. Allow chocolate to set for 10–15 minutes at room temperature or chill for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use good quality chocolate for the best flavor and smooth melting.
  • Add toppings immediately after dipping so they stick properly.
  • If chocolate thickens, microwave for 10–15 seconds to loosen it.
  • Store pretzels in an airtight container for up to one week.
