Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops 1 inch thick
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush pork chops lightly with olive oil.
  4. Coat each pork chop evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  8. Let pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.

  • Use 1-inch thick pork chops for the juiciest results.
  • Flip halfway through cooking for even crisping.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for best airflow.
