Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 small to medium eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Optional toppings:
  • Bacon bits
  • Shredded cheddar
  • Chives
  • Hot sauce

Method
 

  1. Slice avocados and remove pits.
  2. Scoop extra flesh to enlarge cavity.
  3. Crack eggs into bowl.
  4. Pour egg gently into each avocado half.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  7. Cook 7–10 minutes depending on yolk preference.
  8. Remove carefully and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use medium eggs to prevent overflow.
  • Check doneness at 7 minutes.
  • Stabilize avocados with foil rings if needed.
  • Best eaten immediately for ideal texture.
