Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled & deveined
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Oil spray
  • Bang Bang Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 –2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Method
 

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season lightly.
  2. Coat shrimp in cornstarch, then egg, then panko.
  3. Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Mix sauce ingredients.
  5. Toss shrimp lightly in sauce or drizzle on top.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket
  • Spray shrimp lightly with oil for crispiness
  • Sauce after cooking only
  • Reheat in air fryer, not microwave
