Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Whisk butter and sugars.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Fold in dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into greased pan.
  6. Air fry at 320°F for 18–22 minutes.
  7. Cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use metal pan only
  • Don’t overmix batter
  • Brownies firm up after cooling
  • Tent foil if browning too fast
