Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with oil and seasonings.
- Arrange in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Finish with lemon juice or Parmesan if desired.

- Dry sprouts thoroughly before cooking
- Shake halfway for even browning
