Method
- Salt cabbage and let sit 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
- Mix cabbage with garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper.
- Fill wrappers with 1 tbsp filling. Seal edges with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Spray basket lightly, arrange dumplings, spray tops.
- Air fry 8 minutes, flip, then cook 6–8 minutes until golden.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

- Do not overcrowd the basket
- Squeeze cabbage well to avoid soggy filling
