Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups green cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt for sweating cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 20 dumpling wrappers
  • Oil spray

Method
 

  1. Salt cabbage and let sit 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
  2. Mix cabbage with garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper.
  3. Fill wrappers with 1 tbsp filling. Seal edges with water.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  5. Spray basket lightly, arrange dumplings, spray tops.
  6. Air fry 8 minutes, flip, then cook 6–8 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the basket
  • Squeeze cabbage well to avoid soggy filling
  • Adjust cook time based on air fryer model
  • Light oil spray improves browning significantly
