Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes about 1.5 lbs
  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Peel and cube potatoes.
  2. Boil in salted water 12–15 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Drain completely and mash until smooth.
  4. Mix in cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and green onions.
  5. Stir in cornstarch.
  6. Chill mixture 30–45 minutes.
  7. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls.
  8. Spray lightly with olive oil.
  9. Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  10. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Chilling prevents spreading and helps crisping.
  • Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • Add 1–2 extra minutes if you prefer extra crispy texture.
