Method
- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Boil in salted water 12–15 minutes until fork-tender.
- Drain completely and mash until smooth.
- Mix in cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and green onions.
- Stir in cornstarch.
- Chill mixture 30–45 minutes.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls.
- Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Chilling prevents spreading and helps crisping.
- Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Add 1–2 extra minutes if you prefer extra crispy texture.
