Method
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Pat chicken thighs completely dry.
- Rub with olive oil and season evenly on all sides.
- Place thighs skin-side down in basket, spaced apart.
- Cook 12 minutes, flip, then cook 10–13 more minutes.
- Remove when internal temp reaches 175–180°F. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the basket
- Skin-on thighs crisp best
- Use a thermometer for accuracy
- Add sauces only at the end
