Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Pat chicken thighs completely dry.
  3. Rub with olive oil and season evenly on all sides.
  4. Place thighs skin-side down in basket, spaced apart.
  5. Cook 12 minutes, flip, then cook 10–13 more minutes.
  6. Remove when internal temp reaches 175–180°F. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket
  • Skin-on thighs crisp best
  • Use a thermometer for accuracy
  • Add sauces only at the end
