Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium apples Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or Fuji
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg optional
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Core and slice apples into even wedges.
  2. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
  4. Toss apples until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  6. Cook in single layer for 7–9 minutes.
  7. Shake basket halfway.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use firm apples for best texture.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • Check doneness at minute 7.
