Method
- Activate yeast in milk and sugar (5 minutes).
- Add egg, butter, flour, salt. Knead.
- Rise 1 hour.
- Roll out dough. Spread butter and cinnamon sugar.
- Roll and slice.
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F.
- Cook 8–10 minutes.
- Glaze while warm.
Notes
- Cook at 320°F only
- Don’t overcrowd basket
- Internal temp should reach 190°F
- Let cool slightly before glazing
