Method
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F.
- Place roast beef on foil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Add 1 tablespoon water or broth, wrap loosely in foil.
- Air fry the foil packet for 3–4 minutes until warm.
- Butter the inside of the buns.
- Toast buns in air fryer at 350°F for 2 minutes.
- Pile warm roast beef onto the buns.
- Add sauce and toppings.
- Serve immediately.
