Ingredients
  

  • Corn:
  • 4 ears corn
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • For Serving:
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • Optional: parsley smoked paprika, chili lime seasoning, parmesan

Method
 

  1. Remove husks and silk from corn; pat dry.
  2. Brush corn with oil or melted butter.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. Brush with melted butter immediately after cooking.
  6. Add optional toppings and serve warm.

Notes

  • Dry corn before air frying to improve browning.
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket — cook in batches if needed.
  • Add butter after cooking to prevent burning.
  • Fresh corn gives the best flavor, but frozen works too.
