Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 –2 tsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 –2 tbsp grated Parmesan optional

Method
 

  1. Cut the broccoli into small, even florets.
  2. Pat dry thoroughly.
  3. Toss with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
  5. Spread broccoli in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  7. Remove and toss with Parmesan if using. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer or the broccoli will steam.
  • Drying the florets is key to maximum crispiness.
  • Add lemon juice at the end for brightness.
  • Parmesan melts best when you add it immediately after cooking.
