Method
- Cut the broccoli into small, even florets.
- Pat dry thoroughly.
- Toss with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
- Spread broccoli in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Remove and toss with Parmesan if using. Serve hot.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer or the broccoli will steam.
- Drying the florets is key to maximum crispiness.
- Add lemon juice at the end for brightness.
- Parmesan melts best when you add it immediately after cooking.
