Ingredients
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Set up dredging bowls:
- Bowl 1: flour
- Bowl 2: beaten eggs
- Bowl 3: panko breadcrumbs
- Dip chicken into flour → eggs → breadcrumbs. Press crumbs to help them stick.
- Spray air fryer basket with oil. Place tenders in a single layer.
- Spray tops of chicken lightly with oil.
- Cook 5–6 minutes, flip, spray again, and cook 5–6 more until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd — cook in batches for max crisp.
- Spray oil is key for golden color.
- Panko beats regular breadcrumbs for crunch.
- Check temp — chicken should reach 165°F.
