Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenders or chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking oil spray avocado or canola
  • Optional: Parmesan parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Set up dredging bowls:
  4. Bowl 1: flour
  5. Bowl 2: beaten eggs
  6. Bowl 3: panko breadcrumbs
  7. Dip chicken into flour → eggs → breadcrumbs. Press crumbs to help them stick.
  8. Spray air fryer basket with oil. Place tenders in a single layer.
  9. Spray tops of chicken lightly with oil.
  10. Cook 5–6 minutes, flip, spray again, and cook 5–6 more until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd — cook in batches for max crisp.
  • Spray oil is key for golden color.
  • Panko beats regular breadcrumbs for crunch.
  • Check temp — chicken should reach 165°F.
