Ingredients
  

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Oil spray avocado or neutral
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Cut wonton wrappers into desired shapes.
  3. Arrange in single layer in basket.
  4. Lightly spray with oil and season with salt.
  5. Air fry 3–5 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Cool 1 minute before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the basket.
  • Watch closely during final minute.
  • Season lightly before cooking, heavier after.
  • Re-crisp leftovers at 300°F for 1–2 minutes.
