  • 2 –3 ripe dragon fruits
  • Optional: pinch sea salt chili powder, or cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 140°F (or lowest setting).
  2. Peel dragon fruit.
  3. Slice into ¼-inch rounds.
  4. Arrange in single layer.
  5. Air fry for 4–6 hours, flipping halfway.
  6. Check for dryness.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Store in airtight container.

  • Use ripe fruit for best flavor.
  • Keep slices uniform thickness.
  • Flip halfway for even dehydration.
  • Cool fully before storing to prevent condensation.
