Method
- Wash and dice potatoes into ½-inch cubes.

- Drain and dry thoroughly.
- Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer.
- Air fry 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Garnish and serve hot.
