Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium russet potatoes about 1.5 lbs
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Wash and dice potatoes into ½-inch cubes.
  2. Soak in cold water 15–20 minutes (optional but recommended).
  3. Drain and dry thoroughly.
  4. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  6. Spread potatoes in a single layer.
  7. Air fry 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  8. Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

  • Dry potatoes thoroughly before cooking.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket.
  • Add 2 extra minutes for extra crisp texture.
  • Store leftovers in airtight container up to 4 days.
