Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
Bowl 3: Panko + everything bagel seasoning + garlic powder
Coat each cheese curd in flour.
Dip into the beaten egg.
Roll in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture.
For extra crispiness, repeat the egg + breadcrumb coating.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange curds in a single layer in the basket.
Lightly spray with cooking oil.
Air fry for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
