Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz cheese curds
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional dipping sauces:
  • Marinara sauce
  • Ranch dressing
  • Honey mustard

Method
 

  1. Freeze cheese curds for 30–45 minutes before cooking.
  2. Prepare three bowls:
  3. Bowl 1: Flour + salt
  4. Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
  5. Bowl 3: Panko + everything bagel seasoning + garlic powder
  6. Coat each cheese curd in flour.
  7. Dip into the beaten egg.
  8. Roll in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture.
  9. For extra crispiness, repeat the egg + breadcrumb coating.
  10. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  11. Arrange curds in a single layer in the basket.
  12. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
  13. Air fry for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  14. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Freeze curds first to prevent cheese from leaking.
  • Use panko breadcrumbs for the crispiest coating.
  • Cook in small batches for best airflow.
  • Serve immediately while the cheese is melty and fresh.
