- Preheat air fryer to 360°F for 3–5 minutes.
- Place frozen pork chops in basket without overlapping.
- Cook 8 minutes at 360°F.
- Remove, spray lightly with oil, and season both sides.
- Return to air fryer.
- Cook 7–10 minutes at 380°F, flipping halfway.
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
