Ingredients
Method
- Press tofu 20–30 minutes.
- Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss with soy sauce, oil, and pepper.
- Coat with cornstarch.
- Air fry at 390°F for 12–15 minutes.
- Simmer sauce ingredients.
- Add cornstarch slurry and thicken.
- Toss tofu in sauce and serve.
Notes
- Press tofu thoroughly for best texture.
- Do not overcrowd air fryer basket.
- Add sauce only after tofu crisps.
- Adjust sweetness or spice to taste.
