Crush Hot Cheetos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
Mix crushed Cheetos with breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
Prepare breading bowls:
Bowl 1: Flour
Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
Bowl 3: Cheeto mixture
Coat mozzarella sticks:
Roll in flour
Dip in egg
Coat with Cheeto mixture
Repeat egg and Cheeto coating.
Place coated sticks on a tray and freeze for 30–60 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Spray mozzarella sticks lightly with cooking spray.
Air fry 6–8 minutes until crispy.
