Air Fryer Kale Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large bunch curly kale about 6 cups torn leaves
  • 1 –2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp smoked paprika, or 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Method
 

  1. Wash kale thoroughly. Dry completely.
  2. Remove stems and tear leaves into large pieces.
  3. Toss with olive oil and massage evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and optional seasonings.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  6. Cook in single layer for 4–6 minutes, shaking halfway.
  7. Remove when crisp with lightly browned edges.
  8. Cool for 1–2 minutes and serve.

Notes

  • Dry kale completely before cooking.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket.
  • Watch closely after minute 4.
  • Store in airtight container at room temperature.
