Method
- Wash kale thoroughly. Dry completely.
- Remove stems and tear leaves into large pieces.
- Toss with olive oil and massage evenly.
- Sprinkle with salt and optional seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Cook in single layer for 4–6 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Remove when crisp with lightly browned edges.
- Cool for 1–2 minutes and serve.
Notes
- Dry kale completely before cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Watch closely after minute 4.
- Store in airtight container at room temperature.
