Method
- Combine coconut, condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir until sticky and evenly mixed.
- Scoop and shape into small mounds.
- Line air fryer basket with parchment.
- Air fry at 325°F for 7–9 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool completely.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over macaroons.
- Let chocolate set before serving.
