Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz dry pasta rigatoni recommended
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt/pepper
  • Flavor pack see above

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta al dente, drain, pat dry.
  2. Toss with oil, parm, seasonings.
  3. Air fry 390°F, single layer, 5 mins + shake + 2-4 mins.
  4. Cool, dip, enjoy!

Notes

  • Don't overcrowd—soggy disaster!
  • Al dente is key—overcook pre-fry = mush.
  • Store airtight 2 days; re-crisp 2 mins air fryer.
  • Vegan? Swap parm for nutritional yeast.
