Air Fryer Peanut Butter Banana Chimichangas

Ingredients
  

  • 4 flour tortillas 8-inch
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Spread peanut butter down the center of each tortilla.
  3. Add banana slices evenly.
  4. Roll tightly, folding in sides.
  5. Brush with melted butter.
  6. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Roll hot chimichangas in cinnamon sugar.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill or they’ll burst open
  • Seam side down helps sealing
  • Best eaten fresh and warm
  • Adjust sugar if serving with ice cream
