Air Fryer Philly Cheesesteak Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • For Potatoes:
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • For Filling:
  • 1 lb shaved ribeye steak
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 6 –8 slices provolone cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Rub potatoes with oil and salt.
  3. Air fry 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Sauté peppers and onions in butter.
  5. Add steak and seasonings; cook until browned.
  6. Slice potatoes open and fluff.
  7. Fill with steak mixture.
  8. Top with provolone.
  9. Air fry at 375°F for 3–4 minutes until cheese melts.

Notes

  • Use russet potatoes for best texture.
  • Do not overcook steak.
  • Let potatoes cool slightly before slicing.
  • Add extra cheese during final minute for browning.
