Ingredients
  

  • Pineapple Base
  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Crust
  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Mix brown sugar and butter; spoon into ramekins. Add pineapple rings.
  2. Combine crust ingredients and press over pineapple.
  3. Beat cheesecake filling until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into ramekins.
  5. Air fry at 300°F for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Cool completely, then chill 2 hours before flipping.

Notes

  • Room-temperature cream cheese prevents lumps.
  • Do not overcook; centers should jiggle.
  • Chill fully before serving.
  • Release steam midway for best texture.
