Air Fryer Potato Stacks (Muffin Tin)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Grease a muffin tin lightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Toss potato slices with mixture and parmesan.
  5. Stack slices into muffin tin cups.
  6. Air fry for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before removing.

Notes

  • Use evenly sliced potatoes for even cooking.
  • Do not overfill muffin cups.
  • Let stacks cool slightly before removing.
  • Add extra cheese on top for extra crisp.
