Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Grease a muffin tin lightly.
- In a bowl, combine butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Toss potato slices with mixture and parmesan.
- Stack slices into muffin tin cups.
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Rest 5 minutes before removing.
Notes
- Use evenly sliced potatoes for even cooking.
- Do not overfill muffin cups.
- Let stacks cool slightly before removing.
- Add extra cheese on top for extra crisp.
