Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Cut potatoes into even ½-inch pieces.
- Toss with oil and all seasonings.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook 15 minutes, shake basket.
- Cook another 8–10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Dry potatoes completely before seasoning
- Cook in batches for best crispiness
- Add parmesan only in last 2 minutes
- Season immediately after cooking
