Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F.
  2. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add milk and salt.
  3. Whisk gently until combined.
  4. Grease an oven-safe dish with butter.
  5. Pour egg mixture into dish.
  6. Place dish in air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring every 2–3 minutes.
  8. Remove when slightly underdone. Serve immediately.
