Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon diced red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon feta chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Mix tomatoes, onion, pepper, oil, and spices in 6-ounce ramekin.
  3. Air fry sauce for 5 minutes.
  4. Create small well in center.
  5. Crack egg into well.
  6. Return to air fryer.
  7. Cook 4–6 minutes depending on yolk preference.
  8. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Pre-cook the sauce before adding egg.
  • Adjust cooking time for desired yolk texture.
  • Use thick crushed tomatoes, not thin sauce.
  • Let ramekin cool slightly before handling.
