Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fresh shishito peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: lemon wedges flaky salt

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry peppers completely.
  2. Toss with olive oil and salt.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Arrange peppers in single layer.
  5. Cook 4 minutes, shake basket.
  6. Cook 3–5 more minutes until blistered.
  7. Remove, sprinkle flaky salt, add lemon juice.

Notes

  • Dry peppers thoroughly before cooking.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
  • Adjust cook time depending on air fryer model.
