Method
- Wash and dry peppers completely.
- Toss with olive oil and salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Arrange peppers in single layer.
- Cook 4 minutes, shake basket.
- Cook 3–5 more minutes until blistered.
- Remove, sprinkle flaky salt, add lemon juice.
Notes
- Dry peppers thoroughly before cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
