Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sourdough discard unfed, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • Optional seasonings:
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried herbs
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan

Method
 

  1. Whisk sourdough discard, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  2. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  3. Pour mixture onto parchment.
  4. Spread into a thin, even layer.
  5. Air fry at 325°F for 8–10 minutes.
  6. Remove when golden and dry on top.
  7. Cool 2–3 minutes.
  8. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • Spread very thin for maximum crispiness.
  • Check at 6 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Use fresh discard for mild flavor.
  • Store in airtight container once fully cooled.
