Method
- Whisk sourdough discard, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
- Line air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Pour mixture onto parchment.
- Spread into a thin, even layer.
- Air fry at 325°F for 8–10 minutes.
- Remove when golden and dry on top.
- Cool 2–3 minutes.
- Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Spread very thin for maximum crispiness.
- Check at 6 minutes to prevent burning.
- Use fresh discard for mild flavor.
- Store in airtight container once fully cooled.
