Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic, parmesan, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket into each salmon fillet.
- Stuff evenly with cream cheese mixture.
- Brush outside with olive oil and season.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes until flaky.
- Rest 2 minutes and serve.
Notes
- Don’t overstuff the salmon.
