Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets 6–7 oz each
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic, parmesan, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice a pocket into each salmon fillet.
  4. Stuff evenly with cream cheese mixture.
  5. Brush outside with olive oil and season.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until flaky.
  7. Rest 2 minutes and serve.

Notes

  • Don’t overstuff the salmon.
  • Thicker fillets cook best.
  • Internal temp should hit 125–130°F.
  • Resting improves texture and flavor.
