Ingredients
  

  • 1 large 10-inch flour tortilla
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 tostada shell
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet.
  2. Drain grease and add taco seasoning and water.
  3. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Warm tortilla briefly.
  5. Layer beef in center.
  6. Spread nacho cheese.
  7. Add tostada shell.
  8. Spread sour cream.
  9. Add lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese.
  10. Fold tortilla edges toward center.
  11. Spray air fryer basket.
  12. Place seam-side down.
  13. Air fry at 375°F for 5–6 minutes.
  14. Flip and cook 3–4 minutes until golden.
  15. Rest 1 minute before slicing.

Notes

  • Do not overfill or folding becomes difficult.
  • Always place seam-side down first.
  • Use fresh tortillas for best seal.
  • Flip carefully with spatula.
