Method
- Slice vegetables into thin (1.5–2mm) slices.
- Pat dry and toss with oil + seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Arrange veggies in a single layer and air fry 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool for 3–5 minutes so they crisp fully.
Notes
- Salt watery veggies AFTER cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket.
- Watch the chips— they burn fast.
- Use similar veggies together for even cooking.
