Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed veggies sweet potato, beets, carrots, zucchini, etc.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Optional: paprika garlic powder, chili powder, cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Slice vegetables into thin (1.5–2mm) slices.
  2. Pat dry and toss with oil + seasonings.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  4. Arrange veggies in a single layer and air fry 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Cool for 3–5 minutes so they crisp fully.

Notes

  • Salt watery veggies AFTER cooking.
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket.
  • Watch the chips— they burn fast.
  • Use similar veggies together for even cooking.
