Method
- Slice zucchini and squash into ¼-inch rounds or half-moons.
- Pat vegetables dry with a towel.
- Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10–14 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add Parmesan after cooking if using.
- Serve hot.

- Dry vegetables well before cooking
- Avoid overcrowding the basket
- High heat = better texture
- Add cheese after cooking
