Ingredients
  

  • Crust:
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • Cinnamon Swirl:
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • Cheesecake Filling:
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Icing:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake 10 minutes.
  3. Mix swirl ingredients; set aside.
  4. Beat cream cheese → add sugar → add eggs → add sour cream + vanilla.
  5. Layer and swirl batter + cinnamon mixture.
  6. Bake in water bath for 55–65 min.
  7. Cool, chill 4–5 hours, add icing.
  8. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t skip the water bath — it keeps the texture creamy.
  • Make sure cream cheese is fully softened.
  • Swirl gently for pretty cinnamon ribbons.
  • Chill overnight for best flavor.
