Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake 10 minutes.
- Mix swirl ingredients; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese → add sugar → add eggs → add sour cream + vanilla.
- Layer and swirl batter + cinnamon mixture.
- Bake in water bath for 55–65 min.
- Cool, chill 4–5 hours, add icing.
- Slice and enjoy!
