Method
- Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium.
- Sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery (if using) until soft, about 4 mins.
- Add garlic—stir for 30 seconds, don’t burn!
- Add ground chicken. Break it up. Brown until cooked through.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir to coat.
- Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, heavy cream, and hot sauce. Simmer 7-10 mins till thick.
- Toast Brioche buns; pile on the messy mixture.
- Serve hot. Warn guests: It will drip :)
