Ingredients
  

  • 12 cooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 2 cups mozzarella divided
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper

  • Alfredo Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • Salt pepper, pinch nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream and Parmesan; stir until smooth.
  2. Mix chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay noodles flat and spread filling onto each one.
  4. Roll noodles and place them in a baking dish with Alfredo underneath.
  5. Top with sauce and mozzarella.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.

Notes

  • Fresh-grated cheese melts best.
  • Don’t skip the nutmeg—it levels up Alfredo.
  • Rotisserie chicken saves time and improves flavor.
  • Make ahead: Freeze unbaked rolls for up to 2 months.
