Method
- Add chicken, cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, cheddar, and mozzarella into your Crock Pot. Stir well.
- Cook on low for 3 hours or high for 1.5 hours, stirring halfway through.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onions before serving.
- Keep on “Warm” setting to serve during parties with chips, crackers, or celery sticks.
Notes
- Soften cream cheese first to avoid clumps in the dip.
- Double the recipe if serving a large crowd (trust me, it disappears fast).
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- Keep on warm setting so it stays gooey and ready to serve during the party.
