Cheesy Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie works great
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Hidden Valley preferred
  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce Frank’s RedHot Original Buffalo Sauce recommended
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add chicken, cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, cheddar, and mozzarella into your Crock Pot. Stir well.
  2. Cook on low for 3 hours or high for 1.5 hours, stirring halfway through.
  3. Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onions before serving.
  4. Keep on “Warm” setting to serve during parties with chips, crackers, or celery sticks.

Notes

  • Soften cream cheese first to avoid clumps in the dip.
  • Double the recipe if serving a large crowd (trust me, it disappears fast).
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
  • Keep on warm setting so it stays gooey and ready to serve during the party.
