Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, and onion until smooth.
- Fold in spinach, cheeses, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to greased baking dish.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Squeeze spinach completely dry
- Use room-temperature cream cheese
- Don’t overbake
- Taste and adjust seasoning before baking
