Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, and onion until smooth.
  3. Fold in spinach, cheeses, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer to greased baking dish.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Squeeze spinach completely dry
  • Use room-temperature cream cheese
  • Don’t overbake
  • Taste and adjust seasoning before baking
