Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken chopped
  • cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease bundt pan.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters.
  3. Toss biscuits with chicken and cheese.
  4. Melt butter, add garlic, stir in Alfredo sauce and seasoning.
  5. Layer dough and sauce in pan.
  6. Bake covered 30 min, uncovered 15–20 min.
  7. Rest 10 min, flip, serve warm.

Notes

  • Use cold biscuit dough
  • Don’t skip resting time
  • Add extra cheese for crispier edges
  • Serve immediately for best texture
